Yes, vaccinated pets are permitted in Independent Living and Personal Care. Please note that the resident or family must be able to care for the pet.

Yes, Holland Village is a beautiful 52 acre campus with plenty of outdoor areas.

Yes we have onsite physicians that can see the residents in the Wellness centers on campus.

We do accept long term care insurance.

We do not currently accept Medicaid at Holland Village however, we have several sister facilities that do accept Medicaid and we can assist you with that transition, if needed.

Our receptionists greet visitors at the main entrances daily from 7:30 am to 8 pm. After hours the main entrance is locked. Security cameras are utilized at facility entrances.

If you would like to meet with current residents to discuss the community, that can be arranged.

Yes, A limited number of parking spaces are available for residents. However, you may find yourself driving less when you live here thanks to our convenient transportation service.
